I am Lauren Williams, Dip.CBH, BA (Hons), qualified in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, the only hypnotherapy certificate accredited as CPD by the British Psychological Society. GHR and FHT registered and insured I am also a trained yoga teacher and massage therapist. I draw on cognitive and behavioural methods alongside hypnotherapy to help put you back in control of your life.
My approach is cutting-edge, informed and underpinned by neuroscience, and takes a mind/body approach incorporating influences from yoga, relaxation training and massage. Your journey with me starts with a discovery phone call and continues with an insight session or consultation. The rest of your individual treatment is planned in consultation with you.
