I have created a tailored mini retreat experience specifically for those who are highly sensitive or introverted that need rest bite from a highly stimulating or stressful environments. Listening space is a chance to reset, rejuvenate and relax. Stress Reducing Massages
I offer two sets of massages tailored for stress reduction one is a body massage and the other is a face massage. Deep tissue is not included because the massage is geared towards relaxation of the nervous system and because deep pressure has not been found to be effective for stress reduction.
